About Bob Sisco
Principal GIS Services Consultant | Civil Engineering Designer
With over 30 years of experience in computer technologies—including more than 20 years in GIS and civil engineering design—I bring a rare blend of technical depth, strategic vision, and a people-focused approach to every project. My work spans both public agencies and private consulting, giving me a deep understanding of organizational needs, compliance requirements, and how to build systems that deliver long-term value.
I specialize in GIS, CAD, and 3D visualization environments, with a focus on data interoperability and standards-based design. I’ve built GIS programs from the ground up, advanced enterprise GIS server infrastructure, led high-performing teams, and delivered intelligent WebGIS applications that support asset management, infrastructure planning, and operational decision-making.
As a former college instructor in ArcGIS and Civil CAD, I also bring a passion for training and empowering others—whether it’s field staff, analysts, or leadership teams.
My vision is to create geospatial solutions that are innovative, intuitive, and inclusive—tools that not only visualize complex information, but also support smarter, more equitable decisions. I lead with integrity, prioritize collaboration, and approach every project with a long-term mindset.
