About Bob Sisco

Founder & Principal GIS Services Consultant | Civil Engineering Designer
I’m a GIS Professional and Civil Designer with more than two decades of experience helping organizations turn spatial data into strategic insight. My career spans the full GIS spectrum—from technician and specialist to manager—which gives me a practical, end‑to‑end understanding of how systems, workflows, and people connect.
I’ve led enterprise GIS programs, managed teams and budgets, and delivered integrations across permitting, asset management, public safety, and infrastructure systems. My technical background includes deep experience with ESRI ArcGIS (Enterprise, Pro, Online), WebGIS development, Autodesk Civil3D, CAD platforms, and automation workflows using Python.
My work focuses on building sustainable, standards‑based GIS environments and intuitive mapping applications for desktop, web, and mobile users. Additionally, I’ve built GIS programs from the ground up, advanced enterprise systems into high-performance GIS server architectures, and support organizations through modernization and digital transformation.
As a former instructor in Civil3D and ArcGIS, I’m committed to developing people as much as technology—mentoring teams, creating training materials, and helping organizations grow internal capability.
I’m driven to create geospatial solutions that are innovative, intuitive, and built for long‑term value.
